I feel like this book is relatable not just to those in California, but to all that have gone through the struggles of the pandemic. As many know, it can be very hard to meet someone in the pandemic, with masks and all, much less fall in love.
Also I feel like the cover portrays what many people have to go through (wearing masks around everyone), because for many (including me) the mask now gives me a sense of safety not just about the pandemic, but about feeling an overall sense of security, especially for those with anxiety.
Overall, I would definitely read this book!!
