First the cover, I really like the cover and it's minimalistic tone. I think that makes it pop out to the reader all the more. I also like the color scheme and the design of the characters.
Second the plot, I like how it touches topics most books don't that might be sensitive to some readers but bring awareness to others. I also like how we get two characters perspectives and both of them get developed throughout the book.
