A co- written YA romance with two famous authors? Extremely promising. Gorgeous cover art? Very promising and inviting. Fifty three pages in the First Look? Could be promising… but unfortunately I felt it didn’t quite deliver. The banter was a little empty or maybe it’s just too soon for pandemic fiction.
