I'm a high school teacher who has low income students who deal with the Covid-19 crisis every day in support of their families. This story immediately drew my attention as I believe is will be very relatable for my students and give them more insight on what they are going through and help them understand that they are not alone. The writing is engaging and witty, which not only kept me interested in the story, but also will likely engage the students as they will be able to see themselves in the characters. Overall, definitely a great start.
