Love in the time of pandemic is and will be an interesting topic, much of how the last ten years has been dictated by the Internet and apps. Love does show up in all sorts of places, including the grocery aisle. The added component of social anxieties increases the challenge of a protagonist's journey to find a match. All add to my level of interest in the novel. However, with FaceTime dates and other technology guiding the storyline, I have to ask, "Will this book date itself by using the tech of the day?" Perhaps it isn't clear in the story brief.
