I liked the striking cover and the premise sounded unique and intriguing, but the excerpt didn’t match. It felt overwritten and book Twitter will be disappointed (or will it be expected?) to learn that “men writing women” knows no cultural bounds (is there any reason to give us pointed nipples here??). I’m not compelled to read more.
