Excellent for a class or book club
This is the kind of book I’d wouldn’t read on my own but would enjoy reading for a class or book club, with opportunity for context and discusison. It was interesting to see a table of contents in a fiction book, as well as other subtle differences in the text of a foreign book. The story hit the ground running with the long-awaited murder trial for the main character. The writing is eloquent and descriptive without being overly detailed.
