An interesting and different book from the usual offerings

BookishFirst usually offers YA and memoirs/ self help so it was nice to see an adult book offered. I liked the cover though it felt a bit simple. The blurb sounded very interesting. When I read the First Impression, I didn’t quite connect to the writing. I think there might have been some translation issues as the English felt a bit off to me.
