I was initially excited to receive Hanger Management by Susan Albers; I'm a former fitness professional, I love to read, and I previously specialized in nutrition. I really thought this book was going to be right up my alley! And I tried to read it. I really did, but I just could not get into the book like I had originally expected. The writing just wasn't exciting, the premise didn't seem all that innovative and I struggled to get past the first chapter. So the book sat on my shelf... and sat on my shelf... and then it didn't come of my shelf. It's still sitting there almost a year later, still book marked at the first chapter woefully unfinished.
Perhaps in the future I'll get around to reading Hanger Management, but that's doubtful. I'll likely give it to my brother or mother, who are also both in to nutrition. They'll likely read it before I can.
