My only complaint with this one was that sometimes, the author droned on and on about seemingly the same things, or things that did not need to be elaborated on.

However, this was a really good book! It gives abundant hints on how to eat better so that you can feel better physically and mentally, which was a really cool concept. This is not a strict diet book. In fact, the author does not encourage diets. She encourages eating habits that keep you satisfied by the end of the day. This book will teach you how to eat in a way that makes your body feel energized and great, and to keep you from feeling guilty from bad food choices. I will be putting into practice many of these tips. And if one habit mentioned doesn't work for you, don't worry! There are dozens more to try. Not everything works for everyone, but you will absolutely find at least something in here that works for you!
