This book is amazing very well written, I really like the concept, This book has incredibly useful tips and info about eating mindfully. A new way to look at food and enjoy yourself. I received this book from the bookishfirst giveaways and was interested in the title and the writer's description of the book, the cover is also very appealing since I'm one of those that judges the book by the cover🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
and let me tell y'all that I think I even lost some weight in the way, and it's been like 2 weeks at most. Im really pleased. I highly recommend all of you thinking of living a healthy lifestyle or going on a diet to get this book or even just because, I wasn't planning on doing either and it's unbelievable how far I've become and how good I feel. This is a God's sent. It took me so long to write a review because i had so many things to say that i didn't know where to start.
