I won this book last year and absolutely loved it. I was struggling with my health and eating right and I was so excited to get this book in the mail. I read this right away and read it in just two days! It had so much information and I often think back and reflect on things I learned from the book.
This book is for anyone who struggles with overeating and knowing how to curb their hunger. I love how the author gives you real life examples on how to go about your day, how to manage your eating, and how to take care of your health.
I really enjoyed that I leaned things from this book. Usually I have a hard time finding books that are new and innovative, but with this one it was a fresh perspective with new information that I could use!
