The writing style and clearly well-researched information in this book is appreciated, however, I'm just not entirely sold on the overall concept. While "hanger" is something we've surely all experienced, I'm not sure a book on how to "take control" of that state is as useful as it thinks it is. This book is surely being toted as something to help dieters in their weight loss journey, but I think it contributes to an unhealthy mindset about dieting. Yes, much of the book is interesting and useful, but there are many more impactful self-help books I would rather read. The fact that this book is necessary says something larger about our incredibly busy work culture, where satiating hunger often takes a backseat, and I think the author IS aware of that (which is a good thing), but I don't know about this one....
