I have always had a weird relationship with eating so I thought that this book might give me some tools to work with my hangry state. The book gave me some ideas on not only my relationship with hunger and food, but also some other insights to how humans deal with food and how things have changed over the past century.

I can't really give this book anything except a middle of the road rating however because even though the information is interesting and insightful....it is not anything groundbreaking or life changing. It really comes across as common sense and even though I am planning on using this along with starting a new fasting routine, I highly doubt that I will be grabbing this book as reference in the future.
