This book was definitely an eye opener. I have always struggled with moodiness and being completely mean for no reason and at times not really understanding why I am like this. But, this book gave me some insight on certain foods that I eat can cause moods. I like the way the author talked about mindful eating and it is so simple to do. My eating habits are all over the place. This is not about dieting or a new diet fad to try and fail. This is about changing your ways and living a healthy lifestyle to better yourself inside and out. It helped me manage stress eating, which is something that I do so much of and I can't wait to share this with others in my life who I know are going through the same thing.
