"Hanger Management" came into my life at a perfect time. Trying to change my way of eating and not be so dependant on carbohydrates left me somewhat hungry in the beginning and because of said hunger, grumpy, moody, tired and sullen at times. (aka: Hangry) Two other members of my household are in dire need of a legit Hanger Management therapy group.
This book was quite eye-opening and educational, as well as interesting and very useful. The book helps you focus on mindful eating, proper eating to stay satiated, and how what we lack in nutrients can cause tiredness, moodswings, grumpiness, amongst other unwelcome feelings.
"Hanger Management: Master Your Hunger and Improve Your Mood, Mind, and Relationships" is very insightful, thought-provoking and will teach you something I guarantee you didn't know already.
