Wasn't sure what to expect with this book's title. Surprisingly, it was very unique and interesting to read. Laid out well, with many useful tips to eat mindfully, eat better for your mind and be better for the people you love, and so much more. The table of contents is great so you can browse by topic and what interests you at the moment. Seriously this could really help with some common issues stemming from being hungry that turns into angry, and thus help relationships to run more smoothly (and your body too!) I really didn't think I'd like this book, but I'd give it a 3.5/5. It was better than anticipated and useful. I'd say, Go out and buy Hanger Management if you struggle with being hangry often!
