I am so thankful for this book. I am not the type of person to turn to new diets or books about dieting, but the title caught my attention. This book isn't really about dieting. It's about understanding why you might feel hangry and then gives you real tools and solutions to fix the problems behind the hanger. There are so many examples about how hanger affects many aspects of a person's life, such as how it could affect your significant other, that I had not thought of before.

I feel that this book is also great for people who don't even necessarily feel hanger, but who struggle with unnecessary snacking or eating in general. Many people can benefit from this book. It is also very well written and easy to understand. I think it can really be a game-changer for a lot of people.
