Let's start with the cover. Is it eye-catching? Not really, but it's kind of funny. It's a fairly simple graphic / cover, but that works sometimes.
I'm normally not much of a "self-help" book type of girl, but I figured why not. We all deal with hanger. ;p
Dr. Susan Albers is informative, educational, but also realistic. In this book, Dr. Albers provides helpful and proven methods to help better control your habits. I expected there to be non-stop talk about dieting, healthy eating, or even accusatory tones. I'm happy to say there is none of that in this book.
I easily read through this book without having to frequently stop out of boredom. This book definitely helped me come up with better ways to handle my "out of control" snacking.
