The book Hanger Management is quite insightful and a good self help book. The author had some great and practical tips on how to eat mindfully and nutritiously to help control terrible mood swings. Eating well (real food vs. processed food), creates a positive mood. She gave many tricks on how to keep your body healthy which in turn creates a happier life. It is a practical guide on how to choose the best foods that create the best moods. She provides great tools to end mindless eating, and explains how our appetite isn't the same as hunger. It was a wonderful informative book with an eye-catching cover. It was a great read that I would recommend to anyone who struggles with hanger management!
