My initial interest for this book was in fun because both my boyfriend and my teenage daughter tend to get very hangry. I was thrilled to win and immediately dug in upon receipt.

This book is just as my title states: fun and informative.

What is most helpful is the breakdown of this book. Often times non-fiction books can be difficult to read and absorb because the layout tends to drag on. This, however, is the exact opposite.

The advice given in this book is specific to the type of person you are and/or the adjustments you desire to make with certain food items/ingredients.

I find this to be one of the best diet and mindful books I have read. It will definitely be one that I continue to reference in the future.
