another book about food and its management. this had some of the usual ideas about how to look at food and focus on just what and how we eat. a point made is that we cannot change others eating habits, but we can change ours. sometimes it is just one change or no change and just considering that change. think I will probably put my feet on the ground when I sit down, pick up my glass and fork a couple of times before eating. also liked the hint of eating water-rich foods like watermelon, celery, apples, peaches. this is indirect water. feel like you need to make an effort to drink that free glass of water that your waitperson brings you especially if you asked for it. liked the idea of taking a little snack. small bag of almonds or other nuts. maybe some cheese or peanut crackers. do agree that those people in our lives that get grumpy might just be hunger. offer them food and see if this will change that behavior.
