excellent mindful eating book

This was an informative self-help book. It is very focused on mindful eating. I thought I was familiar with mindful eating but this book takes it to a new level.

I gave it four stars because I thought there was a lot of unnecessary commentary at the beginning of the book. It took too long to get to the tips and useful information. There were more personal stories than I prefer. However, the book was well written and had bold print and diagrams for important information making it easier to skim through the unnecessary information.

I loved the travel tips for eating healthy. There was also a suggestion for banana tea to help induce sleep.

Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to break their mindless eating habits.
