Dr. Albers has some interesting theory that will definitely help a lot of people that struggle with Hanger Management. Her writing style is great and uses real life examples in her own personal life as well as clients. She has WONDERFUL tips on how to eat more mindfully and what types of food help reduce stress, increase energy or induce sleep. I mean top of the line WONDERFUL suggestions. I personally cannot wait to try some.

I did not 100% agree with some of her theories. I personallynwver regret eating food. Especially after being Hangry. If anything I feel better relieved and amazing once I eat. I don't eat the best. But just because it is not true for me does not mean it's not true for others.

And at the end of the day this book has a ton of great suggestions, steps, ideas, and tools to increase mindful eating and reducing being hangry.
