Dr. Susan Albers does a really great job writing about the causes and effects that eating improperly does. I have trouble especially since I have Celiac Disease and have limited options for snacking. I am also a big time stress eater, which is horrible especially if I grab high sugar or high carb foods. I tend to feel better for a while, then suddenly feel a lot worse. Dr. Albers explains ways to control and how to break this cycle. I have just started following her advice and can already feel the difference! She gives 45 different kinds of ideas to turn around your hanger moments. Each has questions and answers to help different types of personalities.
