This is a great book. It focuses on the behavior more so than just trying another diet. Anyone who has tried a diet without trying to adjust lifestyle choices know it can be impossible. This book is more around eating habits and behaviors. And what is great about this book is anyone can use it. Whether your looking for some major lifestyle changes or just looking to make small improvements, this is the book for anyone. There are 45 "tips" from the author but they can really be used in all areas of life. This is a great book to find tactical strategical solutions to eating in a life-changing way. It really gives you a different way to look at food and the choices one makes. I highly recommend this book!
