Full sensory experience
My first impression of GrowingUp on Bank Street is that I wish the first chapter was also included, because I wanted more! I love the opening of Chapter two where author, Donna Florio, describes her family as "opera people," then goes on to beautifully describe the opera scene. I can't wait to read more of her descriptions of time and place, which will be a feast for the soul. Her family also seems quite interesting as well.
Like some other first impression reviewers, I too wish this were being offered in hard copy as I want the full sensory experience.
