As a New Yorker, I throughly enjoyed all of the New York landmark references and I like the author's voice. I love the idea of seeing the New York theatre world through a child's eyes. The cover is beautiful and very reminiscent of the iconic NYC brownstones. I look forward to reading the full book when it is released, as I'd love to hear more about what is was like to be a child performer with such little family support.
