Behind the scenes of an acting & singing life

Growing Up Bank Street is full of behind the scenes glimpses at life on the stage in NYC. The most interesting perspective is the author's childhood with thespian parents, who seemed at times, to love singing and the theater more than their own child! The neighborhood and people that Florio describes sounds like such a supportive environment for her too. I would enjoy this book immensely!
