Hudson Wheeler is a young man entering his senior year of high school. But he doesn’t want to go the traditional route and go to school all day; instead, he chooses to take two classes at school and to be home-schooled for the rest of his classes. He also is a budding entrepreneur, with two businesses that he is just getting off the ground. One is to walk dogs and the other is called Distress Dial, for elderly people to call on him if they are experiencing less than a 911 emergency. Hudson’s story is captivating and realistic and one that should rival Dr. Seuss’s legendary “Oh, The Places You’ll Go.” Entertaining throughout, but also thought-provoking, this book would make an excellent gift to any young person who is trying to find out who they are and what they are meant to do with their lives. In the process of his discovery, Hudson becomes a new person who demonstrates his artistic talent as well as his heart that is open to helping others. A fabulous read! Highly recommend!
