I feel like this is a great book for young adults and also parents. It should be a reading requirement for schools. It would help others to understand what some adolescents go through and also, adolescents to understand it themselves maybe. Or at least, relieve some stress of becoming a grown up. It also helps to know you’re not alone with what you’re going through.
