this is a really unique young adult novel about a girl who wakes up from a cryogenic sleep 900 years after she is supposed to only to discover that the world she wakes up in worships her as a deity. there were several plot twists that kept me on my toes throughout the story, however the characters didn't really compel me and i never totally understood what the stakes were for the majority of the characters. the manner of futuristic speaking was really interesting but also a bit tedious at times. however i still really liked the sci-fi vibes and i think the ending of the book sets the stage perfectly for a sequel. i kind of saw the big ending plot twist coming but it's still a really fun scifi journey
