I was in a serious book slump before reading this. I couldn’t find a good YA fantasy to really get me interested. In walks goddess in the machine. Y’all. I was in love with this book. It ended up being so good. I’m dying for the next one. I know the language turn some off, but I can honestly say that was one of the big draws for me. I really liked how she created different slang, it reminded me of the uglies series which is one of my favorites. I also really enjoyed how despite it being a fantasy there was still some fun twist in there, and it had a bit of a suspenseful fell, waiting to figure out what was going to happen. In conclusion, I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good fun read.
