I had high hopes for this book, but was a little disappointed. Andra wakes up 1000 years later instead of 100 years later to find that the people on the planet consider her a Goddess. Zhade, an exiled and illigitimate prince, wakes her from cyro and brings her to the palace. He has alternative motives and it's unclear what they are thorought the book. I didn't connect with any of the characters. There was little character development and Andra was just too timid and didn't have confidence. The one thing I did like was the change in English language and slang. It was interesting and when first reading , it seems hard to keep up, but you get used to it and can fly through the slang and understand what they are saying. Gotta love how the mind works! Overall, I thought the book was ok.
