There is a lot of fantasy out there, but I have never read such a unique premise as this. First we get Andromeda's disoriented perspective as she wakes up from cryogenic sleep. I do hope Zhade's speech changes - it's cool that the author created a new language but it's distracting to try to understand as I read. Overall though I am enchanted by this premise - waking up in a world 1,000 years later where everything is different.
