I love the concept of this story, as well as the main character Andra, who seems to thoughtfully capture how disorienting it would be to wake up and discover 1000 years has passed. I particular love the inclusion of cultural analysis and language development. It was a bit disorienting to read Zhane's bastardized-English dialogue and narration but overall I'm very much looking forward to finishing this story!
