For Fans of The 100 and Apocalyptic Sci-Fi

WOW. I haven't heard much about Goddess of the Machine before this raffle, but you can bet I added it to my TBR as soon as I finished the excerpt. First of all, the people at BookishFirst are mind-readers because the plot of this book is eerily similar to a long train of thought I had the other day. Goddess in the Machine centers around a young women put in cryo sleep and then wakes up hundreds of years past when she was supposed to, with no one else from her ship alive. I'm super intrigued not only by the plot, but the world as well. There's an apocalyptic-feel to the planet with elements of sci-fi, and it totally reminds me of the worldbuilding in The 100! I cannot wait to read the rest of this book!
