This story starts of as abruptly for the reader as it does for our main character, Andra. The definitions in the beginning of each chapter help set the scene, and provide an interesting start to each chapter. The main characters thought process is intriguing, as she tries to piece together what has happened.
The writing style is very effective at showing action and at expressing the first-person point of view.
