I love historical fiction! I was a human services worker and children being torn apart due to the death of a parent or substance abuse is horrible, but this also helps me to be able to imagine myself in the scenario. 2 siblings with different upbringings trying to reconnect is always a good story. I like the colors and the vibrance of the cover but not sure how the elephant fits in. Guess I will have to read it to find out!
