Furyborn started off with an intense, powerfully engaging beginning with shocking characters that pulled you into the story. World-building was complex and contributed to the success of the plot twists. The premise behind the novel is unique and if not for some parts that were confusing or dragged out to be boring, would have made this novel an instant fantasy classic.

Creative scenes and characters you love to hate make these wonderful scenes unforgettable. The characters at times did not seem to be consistent in their choices; sometimes the characters seemed to be driven by the plot.
