This book was extremely unique. I am super excited to read the next two books in the trilogy. Looking forward to more of the romance and see where that goes. Also to see what happens. I listened to this one on audio and the voices were really well done. I liked both points of view, but I think I liked Eliana’s the best (present day). This story was intense and it keeps you guessing on where the story is going. Both MCs are fated to become one of the two queens, one good and one wicked. Who is who? I feel like this is a book that you will either love or loathe. There probably won’t be much of the in between. It is an acquired taste for sure. But I overall enjoyed it very much and look forward to the next books.
