I absolutely loved this book! Claire Legrand has been one of my favorite authors for a while, and with good reason. I was going through a bit of a slump reading wise before I read this, and it changed everything. Furyborn is a book about two young women living a thousand years apart, but their lives are woven together. Claire Legrand writes realistic and likable characters with amazing plot lines, and I love her for it. I also read Winterspell, her Nutcracker retelling, which was just as good. Before that, I read Sawkill Girls, which I loved just as much. Furyborn is the perfect blend of fantasy, romance, and the magic I love to read about. Overall, I would read a million books like this, and I can’t wait for book three to come out!
