My first impression of this book is: wow. I mean, right from the start you are thrust into an unknown world full of fantastic characters whom you feel immediately have these gigantic stories to tell you. The world around them and the history behind them feels immense, and obviously we've just scratched the surface of what is to come. I'm wrapped up in this land already, curious to see where these characters will take me, and excited about the adventure we will experience on the way.
