The synopsis sounds a bit like Game of Thrones from a female point of view. I can't wait to read this! The cover is very striking - I like how the black background sets off the sword and crowns. It gives me an impression of a Tudor period historical piece, but with a fantasy setting. The character of Eliana sounds similar to Aya Stark in Game of Thrones, but then the storyline is quite different. I also very much like the way the book covers different time periods in the same world, 1000 years apart. I like time travel fiction, and I am eager to see how the author handles this in a fantasy world setting.
