I have never read a book by Clare Legrand before, but by just reading the First Look, I know she's going to become one of my favorite authors. This story has me hooked only two pages in. I love the idea of flipping between two timelines and making the connections between the two heroines. Queen Rielle is painted as a villain from the start, but I feel like there is more to learn about her and that my opinion of her will change. I can't wait for this book!
