I almost didn't show interest in Four Dead Queens, and that would have been a major shame. From the blurb, it seemed like a story that has been told a lot lately in the YA universe and I worried that this one would be run of the mill. I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. The story is very easy to get lost in, just keep reading and you'll feel like you're there. A potential 5 star rating is rare from me. It started as a 3, quickly to 4 then 5. Every aspect was intact from writing to flow, world building to character development. I think it's the writing style that stood out strongly for me. The characters are engaging and feisty; you'll feel like you're right beside them. I will definitely keep this author on my radar.
