Forever etched
Forever Boy is Kate Swenson's memoir that aims to provide hope and comfort for hundreds of thousands of parents of children with Autism.
I expected nothing about the book but gained so much in return. Though I have no first-hand experience when it comes to dealing with someone diagnosed with autism, it felt like I know them by heart based on how Kate wrote this book.
I like how the author did not shy away from presenting the real picture behind the highs and lows of living with a loved ones in the neurodivergence spectrum.
This book is a perfect read since April is also Autism Appreciation month and the insights this book can present to readers like me who only knows surface-level information about neurodivergence is on another level.
Kudos to Kate for writing this one and looking forward to know more about their lives.
Overall, a great reading experience and I recommend.
