This memoir really taps into a primal fear of all young parents. The fear of raising our children in a world not made for them, if we are really strong enough to carry our burdens and fears for them. The naivety of young love and the obsessive compulsion to curate a perfect family. Her positivity is very heart warming but there’s also such a gut punch that I feel coming on and I’m not sure if I’m ready for it.
