I wasn't familiar with Kate Swenson before reading the blurb for this book a month or so ago, but I do have an interest in autism (and a fair amount of knowledge given my previous career). I think it can be hard to be honest about the challenges of parenting, let alone parenting a child with special needs. I think this book will speak to a lot of people.
