The cover looks very "fantasy," but I don't think this is a fantasy at all. But this sounds really exciting and original with characters and situations readers don't generally get to see. --With a "lethal new drug" in the story, I guess that could be somewhat of a "fantasy" element (in a science fiction sense) and would definitely explain that cover, I should think!
